Exodus, Chapter 36,  verses 1-5

1 “Now Bezalel and Oholiab, and everya Lit man wise of heartskillful person in whom the LORD has putb Lit wisdomskill and understanding to know how to perform all the workc Or connected with the service of; lit of the service ofin the construction of the sanctuary, shall perform in accordance with all that the LORD has commanded.”
